This Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on {{site}}, and how you can change your choices at any time.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site “remember” certain actions and preferences for a period of time.
Alongside cookies we use similar technologies — browser local storage and session storage — which are subject to the same rules.
The legal basis for setting cookies is Article 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Communications Act in conjunction with Article 6(1) GDPR. Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of legitimate interest; all others are set only with your explicit consent.
2. Why we use cookies
- to make core functions work — site language, cart contents, form security;
- to remember your choice about cookies themselves;
- to understand how the site is used so we can improve it (with consent only);
- to display embedded external content such as maps (with consent only).
3. The categories we use
3.1. Strictly necessary
The site cannot function without these. They cannot be switched off and do not require consent.

3.2. Analytics
These help us understand how many visitors we have and which pages they find useful. They are set only with your consent.

IP anonymisation is enabled. If you have not consented, the analytics script is not loaded at all.
3.3. Marketing and external content
Used to embed maps and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Set only with your consent.

Until you consent, a placeholder is shown in place of the map and no request is sent to Google.
4. Managing your choices
On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept all cookies, allow only the strictly necessary ones, or choose individual categories.
You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. Changes take effect immediately; cookies from a category you have withdrawn stop being used and are cleared on the next page load.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings:

- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Note that blocking cookies entirely will stop the cart and the language switcher from working.
6. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by external providers who process the data under their own policies. We recommend reading those policies on the providers’ own websites. We have no control over the contents of these cookies.
7. Cookies and personal data
Some identifiers stored in cookies may constitute personal data. Their processing is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, including the legal bases, retention periods and your rights.
8. Changes to this Policy
We update this Policy when the technologies we use or the applicable law change. The date below shows the most recent revision.
